READY TO ORDER?
• Please ensure you purchase a minimum of 20 place cards by using the Quantity drop down box
• Choose to have just your Guests names printed onto the fronts of the place cards, or add their individual menus on the reverse side too

 

HOW DO I PERSONALISE MY CARDS?
• After you have made your purchase, please send us an email to hello@foxesonboxes.com with your guest list. We accept it in the following formats: Excel Spreadsheet, Google Sheets, Word Document, or a simple typed up list on Email
• If you are sending us a typed up list of names, please do so in the following format:

DIGITAL PROOFING & APPROVALS
• Once we have received your personalised wording, we will email you your first set of digital proofs
• Your order comes with three sets of digital proofs, where we can tweak and amend the design until you are happy
• Once you're fully satisfied with your design(s), you will need to approve them for printing
• No further changes can be made once we have received your written approval, but don't panic - nothing is printed without your permission!


WHAT CAN I CHANGE ON THE DESIGN?
• For a personalised purchase, we can change the font styles, text colours, and even change/add a background colour*
(*background colour change only available on 350gsm silk card)
• We can mix & match any of our in-house design collections

 

PRINTING & PROCESSING
• Once you have approved your designs for print, it will take us approximately 3 - 5 working days to create your stationery items. Since foiling is extra special, it can sometimes be 5 - 10 working days. We have limited space for Priority orders with quicker processing times, please enquire pre-purchase if you wish to upgrade.

 

DELIVERY
Once we have completed your purchase, it will be shipped to the address you have provided. Please see our estimated delivery times below:

• United Kingdom: 1st Class or Tracked Courier (1 - 3 days)
Europe: Tracked Courier (3 - 10 days)
• International: Tracked Courier (5 - 10 days)
