Shipping policy

At FoxesOnBoxes, we take great care to ensure your order is prepared and delivered to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Processing Times

All orders are subject to our standard processing, which is always displayed at the top pink banner on our website. Please note, processing time is separate from delivery time. Choosing an upgraded delivery service will only affect the speed and or tracking availability of your shipment once dispatched. It does not shorten our processing time.

Delivery to the United Kingdom Customers

We ship with Royal Mail and DPD. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

  • Royal Mail 48 (RM48): 2–13 business days
  • Royal Mail 24 (RM24): 1–11 business days
  • Royal Mail Tracked: 1–2 business days
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery: 1 business day
  • DPD Next Day: 1 business day

Delivery to European Customers

We ship with either Landmark Global or Royal Mail Airmail, both come with full tracking. Please allow 4-15 business days for delivery. For our Expedited services with DPD, UPS or FedEx, please allow 2-4 business days for delivery.

Delivery to International Customers

We ship with either Landmark Global or Royal Mail Airmail, both come with full tracking. Please allow 5-30 business days for delivery. For our Expedited services with DPD, UPS or FedEx, please allow 2-5 business days for delivery.

Delivery to USA (Mainland)

We ship with USPS Airmail, which comes with full tracking once your item has passed customs in the US. Please allow 5-15 business days for delivery. For our Expedited services with UPS or FedEx, please allow 2-5 business days for delivery.

VAT, Customs and Import Duties

FoxesOnBoxes is VAT registered in the United Kingdom (standard rate 20%). All prices displayed on our website are VAT inclusive for UK customers.

Orders shipped to the EU will not be charged VAT at checkout. Instead, your local customs office will contact you to collect VAT, handling fees, and any applicable duties before delivery.

Orders shipped outside the UK and EU may also be subject to import taxes, duties, or fees. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note:

FoxesOnBoxes is not liable for any customs charges, import duties, or administrative fees applied by your local authority.

If these charges are not paid, your courier may return the parcel to us or, in some cases, destroy it. We cannot replace parcels destroyed due to unpaid fees.

If your order is returned to us because fees were not paid:

We can reship your items, but you will be responsible for new shipping costs.

If the items are non-personalised, we can issue a refund for the items only.

If the items are personalised, we are unable to provide a refund.

Delays & Lost Parcels

While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery times, please note these are not guaranteed and delays can occasionally occur due to customs, public holidays, strikes, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Missing international deliveries must be reported to us via e-mail within 20 business days of dispatch. This allows us to submit a claim with the shipping courier (claims can only be made up to 30 business days after dispatch, so any delays reported after this time cannot be replaced or refunded). In order to process a claim and issue a replacement or refund, you will be required to sign a Denial of Receipt form (a legal declaration confirming you have not received your parcel). The courier may open an investigation with your local carrier to confirm this. Failure to report a missing delivery within the required timeframe may result in us being unable to replace or refund your order. Once a claim is submitted, we will keep you updated on the resolution from the courier.
