Refund policy
These policies apply to all orders made between you and Foxes on Boxes, irrespective of the platform you used to make the order (example: Website, Amazon, Etsy or E-mail).
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Personalised goods where you have chosen specific text, colours, illustration stylings, wording or sizes cannot be returned. We also do not accept refunds on digital downloadable files or gift cards.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Upon approval of your refund, we will refund your entire order, unless you are outside of the EU. In this case, we will only refund the cost of goods and not the outgoing shipping.
Please note, if you selected a delivery upgrade at checkout, we will only refund the cost of our basic shipping. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 - 5 business days. Refunds can only be made to your original payment method.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are unpersonalised. If you need to exchange it for the same or similar item, send us an email at hello@foxesonboxes.com. We will provide the returns address where you need to send your item(s) too. You will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the original item to us, as well as the postage/shipping costs involved in receiving the new item.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable for buyers outside of the EU. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, if we have provided you with a Shipping Label.
When returning items to us, you must clearly mark the package as RETURNS. Failure to do this may result in us receiving a Customs charge on your return. You will be liable to pay for this charge for not disclosing the package as a RETURN. Failing to pay for the fee will result in this charge will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item as we don't have any control over postal or shipping services. This way, should your items be lost in transit, you are able to make your own claim from the courier for the loss. We are unable to assist with this.
