Our seating plan cards are the perfect addition to your 'on the day' wedding stationery! Supply us with your guest list, and we will create your personalised cards for you. Our customers usually mount their cards onto wooden boards or mirrors to create a lovely handmade seating plan!

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
• In the first drop down box, select which options you would like us to print. For example, if you would like a Welcome Header card, a Head Table card, and Regular Table cards, you would select "Yes -- Yes -- Yes".
• In the second drop down box, select the number of Regular Table cards you require. For example, if you are having a Head Table and 6 Regular Tables, you would select "6" in the second drop down box.
• If you wish your Head/Top Table to be printed in the same format as the Regular Tables shown on the listing, then please add your Head/Top Table onto your Regular Table numbers. Using the same above example, you would select "Yes -- No -- Yes" in the first drop down box, and then "7" in the second box.
HOW TO PERSONALISE YOUR CARDS
• You don't need to use the same wording/layout as shown in the mockup images, these are simply examples.
• You can have table names instead of numbers.
• Once you've placed your order, pop us an email with your guest list details in the following format.

• Please do not use bullet points before each name, nor do we require you to add commas after each name, as we will need to edit these out.
• Please send your list through with one guest name per line. Do not separate guest names via commas such as "Michael Smith, Karen Smith..." as this delays the time you'll receive your design proofs due to extra editing our side.
• If you have got your guest list in a spreadsheet, please email it to hello@foxesonboxes.com along with your order number and name.
DESIGN APPROVAL & PRINTING
• 1 - 3 days after receiving your order details, we will send you your design proofs for your approval.
• Your order comes with 3 rounds of design proofs as standard. Further proofs are £6 each if required.
• We can change text colours, fonts & decals to make these match your wedding. Please message us about your changes prior to placing an order if they are more than simple font or text colour amendments. We do not offer background colours other than rustic Kraft or white for this product.
• Once you have approved your designs for print, they will be printed & dispatched within 2 - 3 days. Please see below for our delivery estimates.
