HOW TO PERSONALISE
• Once you have added your chosen items to your basket, head over to the checkout to complete your purchase
• There is a notes box at checkout where you can leave the wording for your designs
• If you are ordering the foiling option, don't forget to leave a note of which foiling colour you would like! Choose from; rose gold, silver, gold or copper
• Let us know which colour envelopes you require; white or rustic kraft
• Alternatively, send us an email with your personalisation details, along with an order number to hello@foxesonboxes.com
DIGITAL PROOFING & APPROVALS
• Once we have received your personalised wording, we will email you your first set of digital proofs
• Your order comes with three sets of digital proofs, where we can tweak and amend the design until you are happy
• Once you're fully satisfied with your design(s), you will need to approve them for printing
• No further changes can be made once we have received your written approval, but don't panic - nothing is printed without your permission!
WHAT CAN I CHANGE ON THE DESIGN?
• Samples cannot be personalised
• For a personalised purchase, we can change the font styles, text colours, and even change/add a background colour*
(*background colour change only available on 350gsm silk card)
• We can mix & match any of our in-house design collections
PRINTING & PROCESSING
• Once you have approved your designs for print, it will take us approximately 5 - 14 working days to create your stationery items. Since foiling is extra special, it can sometimes be 10 - 18 working days. We have limited space for Priority orders with quicker processing times, please enquire if you wish to upgrade.
DELIVERY
Once we have completed your purchase, it will be shipped to the address you have provided. Please see our estimated delivery times below:
• United Kingdom: 1st Class or Tracked Courier (1 - 3 days)
• Europe: Tracked Courier (3 - 10 days)
• International: Tracked Courier (5 - 10 days)
