PRODUCT SIZES
Our pocketfolds measure approximately 4.5 x 6.2 inches once folded. Our Invitations and inserts are a UK A6 size, which measures approximately 10.5 x 14.8cm, and will have staggered heights if you require more than 1 insert card. If ordering options 2, 3 or 4 above, we'll also provide you with either white or Kraft mailing envelopes, that you can use to mail your pocketfold invitations to your guests. Please note as our pocketfolds are made to order, they are strictly non-refundable, so please ensure you have double checked the sizes if you are ordering option 1 and supplying your own invitations/inserts. Colours may also appear differently on screen compared to the pocketfolds and invitation designs in person, this is completely normal and not a fault.
ASSEMBLY OPTIONS
- Buyer to Assemble - You will need to assemble the pocketfold invitations with double sided tape, glue your invitations down, and stack your inserts inside.
- Pocketfolds Glued - We will glue the pocketfolds together, but you'll still need to glue your invitations and stack your inserts.
- Fully Assembled - We will assemble the entire pocketfold set for you. You just need to pop them into the mailing envelopes provided.
SAMPLE PURCHASES
We offer the option to purchase a generic sample set from the drop down menus above. This comes with the pocketfold, invitation and insert cards and will be fully assembled. It's a great way to see the quality, colours and craftsmanship of our products. Please note, samples cannot be personalised and will be sent in the pocketfold colour and design shown in the main image on this page. If that pocketfold colour is out of stock, a similar colour will be sent instead.
PERSONALISED ORDERS
We can completely customise the wording, font choices, colours and design of the invitation to suit your wedding.To place an order, please select your product options from the drop down menus on this page. Please note we have a minimum order quantity of 20 invitations, regardless of whether you are ordering full sets or pocketfolds only. Once you have placed your order, please email us at hello@foxesonboxes.com with your order number and any personalised wording required. If you have ordered option 1, the pocketfold envelopes only, please note these will be made in the colour shown in the first image unless we are instructed otherwise at the time of purchase.
DIGITAL PROOFING & APPROVALS
This applies to orders of options 2, 3 and 4 only. Once we have received your order and personalisation, we will email you the first set of digital proofs. Your order comes with 3 sets of digital proofs, where we can tweak and amend the design until you are happy. Once you're fully satisfied with your designs and have approved them for printing, we'll get started on printing and making your invitations. Once approved, no further changes can be made. Our turnaround for orders with invitations/inserts is approximately 1-2 weeks, but this depends on the time of year and the number of sets purchased. Your order will be delivered to the address provided at checkout once it has been dispatched.
